American Medical Student Association (AMSA) Global Health Scholarship: Deadline: December 15, 2019.  Open to members of the American Medical Student Association, an official partner of CFHI.  https://www.cfhi.org/amsa-global-health-scholarship

Thomas Hall Spring Break Global Health Seminars Scholarship: Deadline February 15, 2019.  The late Dr. Thomas Hall was a long-time enthusiast and mentor for CFHI’s work.  In honor of his leadership to promote student engagement and advocacy in Global Health, this scholarship supports students engaging in CFHI Global Health Seminars that occur in the Spring and examine themes such as Community Health & Native Healing (Hawaii, USA), Hospital Medicine & Primary Care (Argentina), Realities of Health Access & Inequities (Mexico).  https://www.cfhi.org/cfhi-thomas-hall-spring-break-seminar-scholars-program

 

CFHI Global Health Immersion Scholarships: Deadline February 15, 2020.  This scholarship aims to support students from LMIC/Global South institutions seeking exposure to Global Health in our US or Global South/LMIC based programs.  https://www.cfhi.org/cfhi-global-health-immersion-scholarship

American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA) Global Health Scholarship: Deadline: Check back in 2020 for update scholarship deadlines.  Open to AMWA trainee members seeking deeper Global Health Exposure.  https://www.cfhi.org/amwa-global-health-scholarship

 

Thomas Hall Global Health Scholars Program:  Deadline January 15, 2020. The late Dr. Thomas Hall was a long-time enthusiast and mentor for CFHI’s work.  In honor of his leadership to promote student engagement and advocacy in Global Health, this scholarship recognizes an emerging student leader and enables them to get transformative community-based Global Health exposure through CFHI Field Experiences.  https://www.cfhi.org/cfhi-thomas-hall-scholars-program

CFHI Global Health Intensives Scholarship: Deadline May 1, 2020.  CFHI Global Health Intensives allow for a condensed international immersion field experience in August, January, and February.  These are especially created for students in disciplines where academic schedules do not allow for longer 4-16 week immersion.  https://www.cfhi.org/cfhi-global-health-intensive-scholarship

Loeliger 4th Year International Elective Scholarship: Deadline: April 15, 2020 for any 4-week+ Immersion Program.  Dr. Scott Loeliger is a leader within the field of Family Medicine and health equity at home and abroad.  His commitment to Global Health exposure in partnership with communities and led by local health systems and community leaders is embodied in this scholarship created for final year medical students seeking an international elective that brings to bear the principles of Global Health and ethics of asset-based development and engagement. https://www.cfhi.org/loeliger-4th-year-international-elective-scholarship-0
